Abstract

The organization, the members of the organization and the social environment, which have a close relationship, are in an unlimited interaction. It is possible to talk about a latent bond between these groups that need each other in the realization of unlimited desires and goals. This latent bond has been protected by the protectionist attitudes that have taken on various names in recent times, and personal interests are also protected. Within the scope of organizational sustainability, institutional interests are imposed on the members of the organization. While aiming to increase social benefit with social responsibility projects, an effort is made to avoid the impact of crises. In addition to the literature review carried out in this context, a survey is carried out with a sample group of 467 people by using the quantitative research method. Health workers working in private health care institutions in Istanbul were selected by random sampling method. The questionnaire consisting of Demographic Information Form, Organizational Sustainability Scale, Global Social Responsibility Scale and Ten-Item Personality Scale consists of 5-point Likert scale type and 79 items. As a result of the data analysis carried out by using IBMM SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0 package programs, the mediating role of personality traits in the effect of social responsibility perception on organizational sustainability in health workers was determined.
