Determination Of Functional Currency Choice On The Financial Performance : A Business Application

Abstract

Main aim of this study is to investigate the choice of functional currency on the financial performance of the firm. In this study, the financial statements of a selected company using foreign currency substantially in its operations are translated into both functional currency and presentation currency, after that it is analyzed the effects of choice of functional currency on the financial performance indicators of the corporation.
