HAS THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS ENDED?

Abstract

In this study, the last financial crisis of the US which expanded to global world is defined as the crisis of capitalism. Capitalism can pass to its new growth stage provided that living the crisis with its all phases. There is an absolute uncertainty in the world economy despite the monetary policies applied for years. Today, it is seen that Fed cannot continue to increase the interest rates because of the decreasing on the petrol and other commodity prices and also fear of recession. In fact, Fed is disappointed with the low inflation rate. On the other hand, IMF criticizes the policy makers who overlook the increasing risk. Finally, the main stream in economics is criticized in the study to ignore the realities.
