Abstract

The tourism sector has established itself as an important industry under rapidly changing global economic conditions. Tourism businesses must prioritize effective marketing activities to maintain their presence and grow in a competitive environment. In this context, understanding the factors that influence the success of marketing activities in businesses is critical for gaining a competitive advantage in the sector. This study aims to provide important information to help businesses operating in the tourism sector develop strategies to enhance the success of their marketing activities. Understanding the impact of leadership styles and organizational climate on the marketing performance of businesses will aid in taking steps toward achieving sustainable competitive advantage in the sector.
