Abstract

Changing industry approaches have an impact on recruitment processes. It has become structurally of great importance for businesses to manage their recruitment processes in a healthy way. Correct recruitment and orientation of staff has become an important productivity issue for businesses. At this point, graphology emerges as an effective method that can be used effectively in recruitment processes and can give accurate results with other evaluation criteria. Graphology (graphology) comes from Greek as of its origins, and "graphein" comes from the amalgamation of the words, writing and "logos". It is a branch of science that emerged from research on experimental psychology during the Enlightenment period. Although it dates back much earlier, the acceptance of graphology as a branch of science has a livelihood of about 50 years. The researchers agree on some issues related to the science of graphology. These are subjects such as identification of personality by graphology method, determination of intelligence level, determination of character structure, determination of what kinds of professions are more prone. Graphology is used in many scientific studies such as personnel selection and medicine.
