Abstract

Any information used to identify a person is personal data. The protection of this data is legally guaranteed. Evidence is needed in the light of judicial events. Information about the offender and the victim is obtained in accordance with the evidence. In this context, the main duties of law enforcement agencies include the acquisition of personal data. In the light of this data, it is easier to analyze the events. Law enforcement officials use their duties and powers to ensure that justice is manifested faster and more accurately. We can get personal data before or after the crime scene. The information obtained by the City Security System (CSS) cameras is among the information obtained before the crime. The City Security System (kgs) is of great importance in lighting the scene. It provides convenience in crime analysis due to the fact that the data is recorded. On the other hand, any biological material obtained from the case investigation will assist in DNA identification. Systems such as biometric data, e ?pulse application are studies to facilitate the acquisition of personal data. In this study, research was carried out to indicate the use and importance of the personal data recorded in the Forensic Sciences.
