THE CONSERVATION AND TRANSFER OF CULTURAL HERITAGE WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE CONTEMPORARY FOLK POET BARI? MANÇO AND THE APPROACH OF ART

Abstract

Mankind creates itself and creates, its life with the different and original teachings that it creates by blending the cultural elements and nature around it. It gains the social norms that are a part of the society from the society in which it lives. In other words, culture is not acquired from birth, it is learned over time from the society in which one lives. It has to share these gains for the continuity and transmission of national consciousness and culture. This sharing also means the protection and transfer of cultural heritage. This transfer can only be realized in the most effective way by means of art, literature and philosophy. The work of art, the product of literature, the philosophical idea are the main chains of the protection of cultural heritage. And, of course, the men of art, literature, and philosophy that are realized are the main actors. Bar?? Manço is one of the most important chains of this transfer with his deep philosophy and works of art. He is; it is a great value that has national values, folk literature products, supreme human philosophy, universal perception, devotes all of its life on behalf of humanity and strives for the continuity of this culture with the awareness of the universal and every beautiful value of folk culture. In our work, we have made a great contribution to the national values, the core culture of the nation, the national self, the cultural heritage that makes the nation a nation, from the past to the present, through all works of art and literature, especially folklore products, and the national memory, which preserves and protects it, and transfers it to future generations in the best way. The 'meaning' that presents it is discussed and analyzed. In our study, which we created within the framework of functional theory, Bar?? Manço's sincerity and humanism, which can reach all cultures from seven to seventy-seven, presenting the cultural heritage, which is an important touchstone of Turkish culture, to the awareness of humanity with various and unique methods, protecting, drawing attention to values and taking it as his duty, for all ages. It is examined and examined that it is a great chance for the Turkish nation with the appropriate form of address. And with his great contributions and efforts, analyzes are made at the point that he is a very important value in protecting cultural heritage and transferring culture to future generations.
