HIGHER EDUCATION GLOBALISATION, ERASMUS AND BOLOGNA

Abstract

Globalization leads to significant changes and results in the education sector as in every sector. Sustainability in education and training systems have become increasingly hard without considering global factors, the global system and changes. In this research, awareness activities relating to the Bologna and Erasmus partnership activities, two Bologna questionnaire used in the literature to reveal the importance of globalization and an Erasmus questionnaire was used to collect data. Llinguistic validity, reliability and confirmatory factor analysis of the scale were performed. Regression analyzes were used to test the hypothesis and to interpreted for this study. Working with a limited vision of one foundation university employees have been made. With this research, the results of commitment to Erasmus and Bologna network has tried to reveal.
