At this stage, it was seen that the effect of leader-member exchange on job satisfaction has increased. According to these results it can be said that the effect of leader-member exchange on job satisfaction was higher when employees’ locus of control was internal as opposed to when it was external. On the other hand, we couldn’t find any significant effect of locus of control on job satisfaction. Some suggestions for future research have been offered.
