Abstract

Innovation Management is one of the highly debated topics during recent times. The competition environment for business has been becoming ever more challenging which eventually leads the business owners to push the boundaries of being different, which can be achieved by being more innovative. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that affect the innovation management processes of the innovation support recipients from the perspective of innovation performance. The following determining factors of Innovation Management are handled in this research: The Source of Innovation; Customers, Suppliers, Scientific Developments, Business Autonomy, Innovative Organizational Structure and Culture, Participatory Leadership, Risk Taking, Facility to Use The Source. In the literature, there are studies on innovation support recipients from KOSGEB and Development Agencies. This study's sample is selected especially from 45 innovation support recipients of Kocaeli KOSGEB and Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bolu, Düzce, Yalova which is responsible for East Marmara Development Agency.
