Migration, the generic-economic and cultural aspects of the community or society is a physical action affecting, directly or indirectly. The phenomenon of migration is different for each individual within a society affected at different rates. Considering the impact of migration on women in the context of the individual role of women in society is increasing its importance. Woman; an individual, as a wife and mother with a collection of varying properties affects a large proportion of their living environment. As well as to her society contributes as labor. All of these effects as a result of the women workforce, in social structure is important for economic value. The study of participation of women in the labor force during this migration period were analyzed using panel data analysis. The effect on net migration rate of women participating in the labor force population ratio in the panel regression models were investigated. For Level 2 regions in Turkey data collected for 2008-2015 period has been used. In the light of the obtained data panel regression model, the participation of women in the labor force ?net migration rate? has emerged as a result was negatively affected.
