Resolving urban problems in terms of urban sustainability and livability is of great importance in terms of healthy urban development process. The quality of life is "the level of existence of the city infrastructure, transportation facilities, housing structure, etc. in places that are defined by the city in terms of spatial, sociological and economic values is above the predetermined criteria". Apart from the creation of a sustainable city and a sustainable environment in the city, it seems that the quality of life contributes to the creation of the rights of the city's residents.
