Schools prepare people for life and meet society's need for educated people. Education and training is a critical process that prepares individuals for society. The education offered in schools both enables the individual to discover his or her potential and meets the society's need for qualified and knowledgeable individuals. Successful completion of this educational process makes it easier for individuals to be successful in life. However, this effective process is directly related to the culture of the school. In schools with a solid school culture, a strong communication network between students and teachers stands out. Students enjoy being involved with their teachers, classmates, school and lessons. This positive atmosphere brings success. Students spend most of the day at school, so if they do not like school, they may experience unhappiness not only in their classes but in a significant part of their lives in general. This can negatively affect the student's academic success, because without a loving environment, there may be a lack of motivation and interest. Therefore, schools creating a strong culture and ensuring that students love school can increase their levels of success and happiness. Previously, student success was associated only with the student's socioeconomic status and intelligence. It is now clear that school culture has the biggest impact on student success. Successful students grow in schools with a strong culture. This shows how big the impact the school has on students. In this study, the importance of school culture and its impact on teachers and students were evaluated and suggestions were made for a deep-rooted school culture.
