Abstract

The latest development in the field of information and communication technologies offers new possibilities and provides competitive advantages for tourist agencies and tourist destinations in the areas of marketing, management and promotion new products and services in tourist industry. The aim of the this paper is to examine long-term strategies, and contribute to management practices by building and maintaining competitive advantages of information and communication technologies in Azerbaijan tourist industry, which described in this paper as “etourism”.
