Modernization of management structure of organization

Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to rationale the features of modernization of management structures in organizations. The study is based on the structural analysis and logical synthesis of an organization in the current field. In the consequence of the study the types of organizational structures of control systems in an organization were examined. Algorithms steps were developed for the management structure improvement as scientific innovation of the study.
