Abstract

Wide territories of the Central Asia have been included to composition of the Russia Empire
in 1867. In spite of Kryzhanovskys objection, committee Orenburg of leading to government
bodies, he has decided taking back property being in the middle Asia. The first general
governor – general adjutant has been appointed K.P.Kaufman. Businessmen of the Russia Empire were continuing to show more great interest in expand of the Asian trade and operation of the Turkistan natural stocks reserves.
