Abstract

Studying and researching the role and essence of art management is now becoming more urgent due to the gradual transition of culture and art to the market economy. This, in turn requires the scientific analysis of the management mechanisms and theoretical summarization in the level of formation and promotion of social and cultural education services. In this regard, the main task of art-management, which is a type of management activity, is to increase the theoretical significance and practical application of technologies and methods that enable the solution of many problems encountered in the functioning and development of socio-cultural and artistic educational institutions. Art-management acts as the means of effective management and regulation of the cadres training system in the field of culture in the conditions of lack of resources. Because artmanagement should be a technological tool for the creation of fertile conditions for the formation and promotion of artistic values in the social and cultural education field. The purpose of the study is production and reflection of artistic expression, examples, values and practices, the formation of the educational space providing broadcasting, the principle of social-cultural management, which is directed to the activity and development, the detection and identification of the specificity and the essence of the modern art-management, the complex system of functions, methods and technologies. Analysis, synthesis, observation, summarization, clarification, systematically and classification which are scientific research methods allow coming to the most comprehensive theoretical results about art-management. Art-management, which including those listed provides the following parameters: Analysis of internal and external environment; mission and vision, setting and planning goal, management subject, management object, system of management activities, content and organizational forms, personal-management and personnel policy, information and communication complex, strategy, principles, features, ethics and organizational culture, infrastructure and structures, organizational and applied methods and technologies, artmarketing, effectiveness criteria. (Kostylev SV: 24) These all are the main trends of art-management, closely interconnected and are realized as part of an entire process based on the complexity of individual particularities and superiority of each one. The following types of art-management can be distinguished on the basis of systematic analysis of modern management practices in the art field:

- Performing and scenic art management: music management, theater management, choreography management, circus management, concert-festival and performance management.

- Visual arts management: film and television management, descriptive arts and decorative-applied art management, museums and gallery-exhibition management.
