In this article, which aims to examine the administrative system in Greece and the reforms made in this area, the constitutional institutions which constitute the administrative structure of the country are examined as Parliamentary, Government, President, Judicial Institutions and finally the organization of Public Administration. The Kallikratis Plan, a reform package introduced in Greece in 2011, radically transformed public administration in the country and made the analysis of the administration dependent on the study of the Plan. For this reason, the study of the Greek Public Administration was carried out within the scope of the reform.
