Abstract

In some of the production of cereals and vegetable products in Turkey is achieved selfsufficiency in some products (legumes, maize and rice production) appears to meet the domestic demand as of the particular year. Oil seeds and oleaginous fruits are generally in the production of domestic demand has become a party to meet Turkey's completely dependent and arises out of a result that a net importer. Period 2002-2017 in terms of foreign trade in the agricultural sector" oil seeds and oleaginous fruit (SITC Rev4, Level-2, SITC 22)" category in Turkey; increased trade and a constant foreign trade deficit.
