As a result of the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic, businesses have changed their working strategies and practices, making it mandatory to use the home working method. In this context, the present study aimed to determine the effects of people working remotely/from home on work efficiency during the Covid-19 epidemic. In the research, making a detailed national and international literature review reveals the effects of working from home on productivity. According to the findings, it has been determined that working from home depends on some factors in order to have positive effects on work efficiency, and it is revealed that providing these factors will have important results for both employees and businesses. As a result of the study, it is very important for companies that started with the Covid-19 process and still continue to make plans and determine strategies for working from home so that their work from home practices can have positive effects on employee productivity.
