Statistical methods such as t-test, variance (ANOVA) analysis and Tukey-HSD are applied to the data collected. Statistical analysis has been made using IBM SPSS Statics 17.0 program. Various scales have been applied including ?organizational justice scale? (Donovan et al 1998), ?organizational citizenship behavior scale? (DiPaola et al 2005) and ?organizational trust scale? (Y?lmaz 2005). The research has shown that the perception of justice and trust differ by gender variable.
