In order to facilitate the data-based decision-making process, administrators have certain expectations from individuals, school administration and senior leadership. When the multi-criteria decision-making process in the field of education is examined, it is seen that school administrators play an important role and that various methods are applied in educational institutions. Educators in the field of education emphasize that manager-oriented learning methods, which also include practical applications, have a positive effect on students' academic performance. It is important to emphasize the importance of teachers playing a more proactive role in the decision-making processes carried out by educational administrators.
