This study aims to reveal the transformation brought about by text analysis tools in research, particularly in the context of education, teaching, and assessment practices. The rapid increase in computer and internet usage has led to a fundamental change in traditional education and research methods. Today, in developed countries, there is a growing number of web-based programs that rely on distance learning models and are supported by digital data. These learning platforms and digital tools provide researchers with easier access to large data sets. In this context, the method of the study is to evaluate the works in question by using the basic functions of Voyant Tools-style tools through text analysis. The review process reveals that such programs enable researchers to use text mining, theme identification, word context analysis, and cross-source comparisons by converting unstructured text data into meaningful outputs. The findings show that these tools significantly save time and effort in processing large data sets compared to traditional methods and also increase research depth in intensive disciplines such as historical research texts. In conclusion, text analysis tools increase methodological diversity through open-source applications that are easily accessible during the evaluation process and offer researchers the opportunity to perform more systematic, rapid, and comprehensive analyses. In this case, making data and information patterns more meaningful and comprehensive inevitably leads to the inclusion of these elements in education and training processes, thereby naturally resulting in an efficient process.
