Abstract

The main goal of this research is to provide information on practiced applications about Azerbaijan companies by comparing Human Resource Management in Japanese and Azerbaijan enterprises. Human Resources Practices in Japanese and Azerbaijan firms will be examined by using secondary sources. This comparison will include the main functions of Human Resources Management, such as job analysis, planning of human resources, personnel selection and placement, education and development, payment systems and etc. As a result of the research, the best ways of implementing basic human resources management into Azerbaijan enterprises will be suggested. This study was presented at the 3rd International Turkish World Research Symposium and has been appreciated by the audience .
