EURASIAN NOMAD-WARRIOR WOMEN: The New Approaches on Reality of Amazones

Abstract

Amazons who Avrasian warrior women, has been important figures in Greek culture, art and mithology. Firstly Amazon had been stated in ?liad by Homer, in due time its had been started to describe on Greek vases, wall paintings and sculptures. Generally it is interpreted which has settled as symbolic mean of warrior women figure in Greek Culture. Ancient Greek authors has been give a clue about where were Amazons lived and how were their lifestyles. In the light of Archaeological Excavations, we found some evidences which there are a lot of graves of warrior women in the region from Azov Sea to Ural Mointians. This rich graves verify Amazones are real and whose belong Eurasian Nomad Culture and a part of Scythian Culture. There isn?t any proof about Amazones but there are a lot of evidence about Eurasian Nomad Culture in the Black Sea Region of Turkey. Additionally we can find some clues about Amazones had been believed cult of Kubaba/Kybele smiliarly in Asia Minor and Greek Culture.
