Çanakkale and its vicinity is one of the most important territories of Turkey by being a place of an intense and continous olive and olive oil production. The Ayvac?k and Ezine towns are taking the most important role in this production period. There is too many olive oil factories and mills those continuing the olive oil production by the method named as "kontinu" since 90's. But an olive oil mill in the Kemall? Village of Ezine is continuing the olive oil production by the traditional method named as "ta? bask?". In this study, the production process and the architectural features are determined in the context of the terms industrial heritage and sustainibility.
